Overview
EaseHome set out to be the one place a modern Indian family upgrades their home — from automatic gates and smart sensors to designer lighting, fans, switches and the copper wire behind the walls, with trusted brands like Polycab, Havells, Wipro and Crompton on the shelf. We built the full commerce experience around that promise: a warm, curated storefront with shop-by-category, shop-by-room and story-led collections, a directory of verified electricians, plumbers and interior designers, and a checkout that takes UPI and cards without friction. The same experience travels into a native-feeling mobile app, so the store is never further away than a pocket.

Creative challenges
A huge catalogue that stays shoppable
Thousands of SKUs spanning everything from motorized curtains to 1.5 sqmm wire can easily read like a warehouse. We layered the catalogue into category and brand rails, room-based collections and curated edits like “Light Up Every Room” and “Smart Living, Simple Control,” so browsing feels guided — and the full grid with filters is always one tap away for people who know exactly what they need.
Commerce that feels premium
Hardware e-commerce usually optimises itself into a spreadsheet. EaseHome's brand is “Make Every Corner Beautiful,” so the storefront had to sell an upgraded home, not just parts — warm photography, generous whitespace and editorial moments between the product rails keep the aspiration intact while discounts, ratings and delivery promises keep it unmistakably a store.
More than products — people
A home upgrade usually needs a professional to fit it. We built a verified-professionals directory — electricians, plumbers, architects, interior designers — into the shopping journey itself, so the answer to “who installs this?” lives one scroll below the product instead of in a search engine.
The outcome
EaseHome now serves 10,000+ families with a storefront that moves from inspiration to installation: browse by room, buy trusted brands with UPI or card, and book a verified professional to fit it — on the web or in the app. It's home improvement the way the brand promised it: every corner beautiful, and none of the hassle.
