Booking a plumber in India usually means three phone calls, a vague price and a stranger at the door. Samonest replaces all of it with three clicks: choose a service, pick a time slot, pay securely online — and a document-verified professional arrives for the scheduled slot. We built the whole platform around that promise, from a catalogue covering cleaning essentials, repairs and salon-at-home to itemised price estimates with no hidden charges, Razorpay-secured payments, and live “your pro is on the way” scheduling. A waitlist for the companion app keeps the web experience first while the audience grows.

Verification had to be visible everywhere, not claimed once — document-checked pro badges, itemised price estimates before you commit, ratings on every job and a support team behind each booking. The design leads with faces and proof, not stock promises.

“Book in under a minute” fails the moment a flow asks one question too many. We collapsed booking into choose service → pick a slot → pay online, killed every optional field, and made the price a fixed quote instead of a negotiation — no calls, no haggling, no surprises when the job's done.
