Overview
Most career platforms sell dreams; JobLaunch UK sells the blueprint. Founded after the team's own bruising route into UK employment, it replaces recruitment “hacks” with structure — a self-paced Silver program, group mentorship with CIPD-certified HR professionals on Gold, and 1-on-1 strategy on Platinum. The site had to carry that radical honesty without losing warmth, so we built a dark, confident identity in neon lime and violet, led every section with plain-spoken copy — “No fake promises. No confusion.” — and laid out the story, the standards and the programs so a student can see exactly what they're buying and what they're not.

Creative challenges
Honesty as a brand position
The category is drowning in guaranteed-job scams, and JobLaunch UK's whole pitch is that it won't make promises it can't keep. The design leans into it: stat cards that admit what they don't do, an FAQ that opens with “Do you guarantee a job? No.”, and a Partner Code of Ethics published as a first-class page rather than buried legalese.
Three tiers, one clear choice
Silver, Gold and Platinum serve very different students — self-driven learners, structured-support seekers, and those who need a dedicated strategist. We designed the program cards to make the trade-offs legible at a glance and let the copy qualify buyers honestly, so students self-select the right tier instead of being upsold into the wrong one.
Built to grow a community
The platform grows through people who've walked the path — student ambassadors, brand partners and community partners each needed their own pitch and their own bar to clear. We gave the partner program a dedicated journey with the code of ethics at its centre, turning “refer us” into “stand for something with us.”
The outcome
The site sounds exactly like its founders: structured, direct, allergic to hype. Students land on a clear path instead of a sales funnel — “Stop guessing. Start competing.” — and the partner pipeline now recruits ambassadors and brands on shared standards, not commissions. A brand built on honesty finally has a home that proves it.
